EXPLORE NATURE

Thomas and I have been bumming around Vermont for the past week trying to stay cool and jump every waterfall we can. Everything here is extremely green and  seems to sparkle in the sunlight. I couldn't ask for a better week to transition myself between our seven month adventure and the work life we're about to delve back into.

WHITE AND PAISLEY

(vest Zara, bathing suit Oysho, thrifted head scarf)

These were some of the last purchases made in Europe, now they seem to be glued to my body.  This linen vest from Zara has infinite personalities, plus those heavy zippers contain oversized pockets that fit everything I may need.

LISBOA

If you have never been to Lisbon before you must go, this city is a true gem.
Its bright and lively, ancient and fresh, friendly and warm, rich and poor, has great food and nightlife, and is walkable. The main pedestrian ways all around the city are tiled (like above) as they have been for hundreds of years. There is an ever buzzing energy, and everything looks like a work of art.  This city seems to ooze charm and beauty I believe it would be impossible not to enjoy yourself here.

ARRIFANA

The day we left the Algarve was a sad day, my body must have reacted to it as well because the minute we got to Lisboa I got extremely ill and was in bed for three out of the four days we were there! Now we are back in the United States and thinking everyday of our return to Arrifana. Here are a couple shots of the place we loved so very much.
